Hailey Gomez, NTP*
Seven years ago, I was sitting in a dorm room “stress eating” a pack of Oreos just to make a midnight deadline on a college paper.
Fast forward five years, and I started dealing with the chronic repercussions of burnout that wreaked havoc on my adrenals, thyroid, and nervous system. I was inflamed and depleted, and although my labs looked “normal,” I couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t aligned.
With no luck and no answers from conventional medicine, I finally took a foundational look at my nourishment, blood sugar regulation, and lifestyle. Not only did I start feeling good— better than I felt in my early twenties— but we were also able to conceive naturally after two years of unexplained infertility and pregnancy loss.
My personal experience with food as medicine sparked a joy for holistic health and a desire to learn more, not only to further support my own wellness, but to also help others treat their body kindly.
I’m currently studying Nutritional Therapy through the NTA and will graduate as a certified practitioner in October 2027*. I’m thrilled to bridge my years of experience in education with my passion for holistic nutrition by eventually accepting one-on-one clients who are looking for a holistic approach to improving their wellness.
I take a root-cause approach by looking at the whole-body through five foundations: a nutrient-dense diet, digestion, blood sugar regulation, sleep and stress. Once these five foundations are evaluated and balanced collectively, the body has the innate ability to operate by design.
My desire is to lead with curiosity, kindness, and real educational value as we map out your path to feeling good.
